These properties are owned by Randy and Joanie Tobin of Witless Bay, Newfoundland, Canada. We purchased our first 2 properties in 2010, another in 2011 and then 2 more in 2012. We extensively renovated all so that they were reflective of what we hope our visitors will consider a beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy their holiday. Units were painted throughout, had crown moulding installed, new flooring, granite countertops, flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living rooms and had high speed internet added just to name a few of the renovations.
Our condos at Bahama Bay Resort, 709 and 710, are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa in the living room therefore can accomodate 8 people comfortably. Situated in undoubtedly the best location on the resort located in Building 18 down by the sandy beach area and Lake Davenport. We bought and renovated 710 in the early summer of 2010, 709 the following late summer of 2011. They have 24 hour security personnel for great peace of mind and were professionally renovated. These 1300 square foot units are located side-by-side; great for families and couples travelling together but still wanting to maintain some individual privacy. Both units look out on the sandy beach area; are right next door to Tradewinds restaurant and bar, games room, one of the four resort pools with 2 hot-tubs, the sun deck, sand volleyball area and pier fishing area. After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered Lanai which overlooks a conservation area and Lake Davenport. Bahama Bay is conveniently located near Disney, LegoLand, Golf, shopping and restaurants and a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World and water parks.
Our townhouse at Oakwater, 2809, is located in a gated community; also with onsite security. This professionally renovated vacation home (July 2010) has 1,417 sq. ft. of living area and includes a game room. It also is 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa in the living room therefore can accomodate 8 people comfortably. After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered Lanai which overlooks a soothing pond where you will be able to watch birds native to the area come to the water to feed and drink. Oakwater is a conveniently located, affordably priced gated community that is just 1.5 miles to the gates of Disney! It is located near Mystic Dunes Golf Club and is a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, Restaurants and Shopping.
We enjoyed great success with these properties with great client feedback so we decided to invest again in more property. In March of 2012, we purchased 2 more townhomes in Clermont in a quiet, residential community. This community is within minutes of route 192 and therefore Disney. These properties, Blessing and Still, are both 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and also have a splash pool. Again, we totally renovate both places to our standard which included granite, stainless steel, leather furniture, crown moulding, all Ashley furniture throughout, etc.

The units are professional cleaned after each occupancy and you can also have the cleaning company come in during your stay at your convenience if renting for a longer period.
